About Fira to Oia Caldera Path (Path 9)
The marked footpath follows the caldera rim north from Fira through Firostefani and Imerovigli, then over open hillside to Oia. It is around 10 km and takes three to four hours, with several climbs and almost no shade, so early morning or late afternoon is best. Buses run back from Oia.
