About Tanah Lot Temple
Pura Tanah Lot sits on a rock outcrop in the sea in Tabanan regency, about 12 km north-west of Canggu. Built as one of Bali's sea temples, it is separated from the shore at high tide and reachable on foot at low tide, although the temple itself is reserved for worshippers. Sunset is the busiest time.
