Washington Square Park
West Village & Chelsea, New York City

About Washington Square Park
Washington Square Park is framed by the 1892 marble arch and surrounded by university buildings. The fountain plaza is a permanent stage for street musicians, chess players and performers, and the park makes a good starting point for a Village walk.
